e.l.f. Lock on Liner and Brow Cream can be used both as a brow pomade or an eyeliner. I picked the shade Brown and used it as an eyebrow pomade. This shade is a bit dark for light-medium skin tone so Light Brown would have been a great match. But if you are fond of fully arched and precise brows then you might like this shade. I purchased this brow cream form Nova Beauty.

First impression, this brow cream is pigmented. This is the first brow pomade that I’m using so I’m not quite sure how other brow pomades are texture-wise but this one is a little difficult to pick on the brush. However, it does not affect how it applies in the brows. The application is smooth and easy to work with. Filling in the brows and creating hair-like stroke is effortless. It looked little patchy in the outer outline of my eyebrow as I have very thin hair on the outer portion of my brows.
Wear test
It lasted quite good for 7-8 hours. It does not budge for the whole day. If you have a habit of touching your face then it might wear off. This brow cream also stayed put and did not fade much throughout the day. But if you leave it as it is and do not touch your brows throughout the day, it will last. A good brow gel might help in the longevity of this product. It also holds up very nicely when you’re out in the light rain. Overall I found that if you don’t touch it, this product lasts for a long time.
