It has powdery feeling when applied to the skin. It does not feel tacky or sticky on the skin. This highlighter applies smooth and dry down matte and contains small glitter particles. It is easy to use and does not move the products underneath. This stick highlighter looks best when applied over cream products. I tried applying it once I set my face with powder and it did not looked good. It looked patchy and dry when applied over powder product.
