e.l.f. Expert Liquid Liner, the packaging of this liquid liner is really compact and travel friendly. e.l.f. Expert Liquid Liner consist of 2 ml of product. It has traditional bottle and wand type of packaging. The applicator is long which makes it easy to hold on your hands and has a thin brush tip. I personally find brush tips easy to work with than felt tips. With a brush tip I find it easier and more precise to flick the wings while applying the eyeliner than a felt tip or a pen eyeliner.

The product is pigmented and has a good color payoff. As the shade name suggests it really is jet black. With the long brush tip I find it easy to work and follow the shape of my eye while applying. It does not pull the skin on my eyelid or tugs it. The eyeliner dries quite fast but does not make skin tight or irritated. When working over the Liner, it does not peel the product that is applied. So, if you have to reapply or fix the eyeliner, you can do it without smudging the product they is already there.

Wear test

This eyeliner lasts up to 6 to 8 hours without budging. It does not bleed or move. The eye shadow however, transfers a bit on the liner which makes the eyeliner fade as the day goes by. It may be because of sweat as well as I start to get more oily on the eyelids. The good thing is it does not peel off or looks uneven. It is pigmented and the color looks the same on website too.
